ColorKoi accepts
presonal or company check.
Tax
State laws require companies to collect sales
tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the
company has established offices. ColorKoi has the office in Missouri; we are,
therefore, required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
locations in the state of Missouri.
Shipping and
Returns
Shipping
Your
Koi will be delivered by FEDEX Priority Overnight Delivery (Delivery
by 10:30AM in most of the cities). Shipping cost will be calculated
by the number of boxes and area you live.

$10 box and handling fee
For example,
1 box can take
About 20 Koi of 8 in.
About 10 Koi of 10 in.
About 2 Koi of 16 in.
Please note that this is not the
absolute formula of packing. We need to consider Koi's condition,
water temperature, and time to the destination etc. for packing. We
may pack fewer or more of your Koi depending on the situation. We do
not deliver Koi to anywhere but the United States yet. We
apologize for the
inconvenience.
Returns
We
guarantee the life of Koi for 48
hours since we pack and ship your Koi. We believe this hardly happens, but if
a problem is found when you receive the fish, please contact us as soon as
possible. With sufficient evidence or proof, we will reserve your credit for
your next purchase or return your money. However, there are exceptions. If
Koi died due to accidents such as jumping out of a pond or electric
shortage, the return policy does not
apply.
Accidents
Because
Koi is a living creature, unexpected accidents could happen to them during the holding period prior to the
shipment. In such case, we will notify you for the return of your
money.
Holding Policy
When you ordered
our Koi and would like to purchase some more before the
shipment, please be sure to inform us. We understand that
it might save you money in shipping. Please contact us if
special arrangement is needed for holding your koi.
